This interactive forum will look at the history of Denver, how rivers, rail roads, major streets/highways, relative elevation and even predominate wind direction formed the city we know today. With this information and understanding a Real Estate buyer/investor will have a better idea as to what areas are more likely to prosper over the long run. With an understanding of why Denver is where it is, the instructor will then lead a discussion on the make-up of a "neighborhood" how to define a neighborhood and defend it's boundaries for the purposes of a market analysis.
